What's on your playlist?

I thought I’d toss out a list of my 10 all-time favorite walking songs for training walks.

  1. Lollipop - Mika - hilarious song and great beat

  2. Sneakernight - Vanessa Hudgens - awesome beat!

  3. Get Back - Demi Lovato - just because she has an amazing voice for a 16 year old, and the last 4 seconds are classic

  4. You’re so d@mn hot - OK Go - because I like to think of myself that way

  5. Rock the Casbah - the Clash - because I have an edge

  6. Me, Myself and I - de La Soul - hip hop at its best (tied with Bust a Move by Young MC, who coincidentally lived in my dorms at USC my freshman year :-))

  7. I could be Happy - altered images - reminds me of high school and I like the lyrics

  8. Somebody to Love - Queen - OMG the church of Freddy Mercury - amazing song to blast and sing along to on a very early morning walk (when no-one else is around, so they can't hear my very bad singing)

  9. Fool in the Rain - Led Zepplin - because this is my favorite band of all time and I love the drum part at the end (you know what I mean!)

  10. Life is a Highway - Tom Cochrane - because it reminds me of water skiing/camping with my youngest sister

  11. Green Light - John legend (with Andre 3000) - OK this had to go on this list because not only is the song great, it makes me thing of John Legend while I walk and let’s just say, ahh, YUMMY. Plus A3000’s rap at the end is hilarious.

yes, I know it is eclectic. and there are many, many, many more that would make the list. go give them a listen

Soooo - what are your favorites? and why?
